We offer live online group German courses (levels A1–C1) and individual coaching via Zoom.

Duration, price, schedule, and learning outcomes are stated on the relevant course page and in the order confirmation.

The service is digital / online — no physical product is shipped (course literature may be purchased separately by the student).

To purchase a course you must provide accurate billing details (name, email, address) via the WooCommerce checkout form.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. Confirmations and access details are sent to the email address used in the order.

The contract is concluded when payment succeeds and the order is confirmed.

Prices are shown in euros (€). The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

Payment is made online through the enabled payment provider (e.g. PayPal / card).

Course access (Zoom link and details) is sent after successful payment to the order email address.

Classes are held live online. The Zoom link and instructions are emailed and may also appear on the thank-you page after purchase.

You agree to use the Zoom link only for your personal participation and not to share it with third parties without our consent.

Technical requirements (stable internet, device, Zoom client/browser) are the participant’s responsibility.

Because this is a digital service that begins when access is provided, statutory withdrawal rights for distance contracts may be limited after you receive and begin using access, subject to applicable law.

Cancellation or refund requests should be sent to info@lerne-deutsch-online.com. We review each request individually, taking into account the course start date, reason, and circumstances.

If the course has not started and access has not been used, an agreed refund may be processed via the original payment channel where possible.

Participants must behave respectfully during classes and not disrupt teaching.

Recording, reproducing, or reselling course materials or lessons without written permission is prohibited.

Required textbooks listed on the course page are purchased separately unless otherwise stated.

Site content, design, texts, and teaching materials are protected by copyright. Commercial reuse without permission is not allowed.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website or third-party services (Zoom, payment provider, hosting).

We are not liable for issues outside our reasonable control, nor for official exam results (e.g. Goethe/Telc), even though courses may include exam preparation.

Where permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.

Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. The current version is published on this page with an update date. Purchases already completed remain subject to the terms in force at the time of purchase, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia and/or the Federal Republic of Germany, as applicable to the case and place of service provision, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
