Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the contract was concluded (successful purchase / order confirmation).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement (e.g. via the form below or by email) at: Lerne-Deutsch-Online.com, Stahnsdorfer Str. 95, 14482 Potsdam, Germany, email: info@lerne-deutsch-online.com.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not incur fees because of the reimbursement.

In practice, after verifying the request, we often process refunds within 3–5 business days to the IBAN provided (where relevant) or via the same payment channel.

For services, the right of withdrawal expires early once the service has been fully performed, or — if you gave express consent and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal — once performance of the service has begun.

For our online courses: the right of withdrawal ends irrevocably when the first teaching unit via Zoom begins and is carried out, provided you gave the corresponding consent at checkout.

If the first Zoom lesson has not yet taken place, withdrawal remains possible in principle within the statutory period.

The form is available to customers with a successfully paid order. We verify the order number and email address.

After we receive your request, you will get an automatic acknowledgement of receipt by email.
